Refund policy

The Family Pet Table Guarantee Our mission is to feed your dog real, fresh food. Because our food is frozen and perishable, we cannot accept physical returns of the product. However, we want you and your pup to be 100% happy. Here is how we handle refunds and issues:

1. The "Clean Bowl" Guarantee (First-Time Orders) We know switching food is a big decision. That is why we offer a guarantee on our Taster Box.

  • If your dog refuses to eat the food from your first Taster Box order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will issue a full refund for the Taster Box. No need to ship it back—please donate the remaining frozen food to a local shelter or a friend with a dog.

  • Note: This applies to first-time Taster Box orders only.

2. Damaged or Thawed Shipments We pack every box with heavy-duty insulation and dry ice to ensure it arrives frozen. However, shipping accidents happen.

  • If your package arrives damaged or the food is warm/thawed: Please take a photo of the box and the food immediately and email it to us.

  • We will immediately send a Replacement Box at no cost to you or issue a store credit.

  • Note: Food that is "cool to the touch" or partially thawed (refrigerator temperature) is safe to refreeze and feed.

3. Cancellations We cook our food fresh in small batches.

  • If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Once an order has been packed or a shipping label has been created, we cannot cancel the order as the perishable goods are already in transit.

4. Wrong Address / Refused Delivery Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us or lost because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund, as the food will be spoiled by the time it returns to us.

5. Bulk Orders (Family & Stockpile Packs)

  • For our larger 60-Cup and 120-Cup packs, all sales are final due to the custom nature of the bulk preparation. If there is a quality issue, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
