Cancellation policy

Flexible Ordering Guarantee At The Family Pet Table, we believe in "No Traps." Whether you are pre-ordering a batch or setting up an auto-refill, you are in control.

1. Pre-Orders (Out of Stock / Vacation Batches) Occasionally, we accept Pre-Orders for upcoming batches when our kitchen is at capacity or during holiday breaks.

  • Payment: When you place a Pre-Order, your card is charged immediately to secure your pounds of meat in our production queue.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel a Pre-Order for a full refund at any time before you receive a "Shipping Confirmation" email.

  • Late Cancellation: Once a shipping label has been created, the order is considered "In Progress" and cannot be cancelled.

2. Subscriptions (Auto-Refill) If you choose to sign up for automatic deliveries 

  • No Contracts: You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.

  • Cancellation Window: To avoid being charged for an upcoming order, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

  • Notifications: We will send you an email reminder 3 days before your subscription renews so you aren't caught off guard.
