Fridge: Once thawed, it stays fresh for 4-5 days.
Pro Tip: Move one bag from the freezer to the fridge 24 hours before you need it so it thaws perfectly!
Nope! We’ve already done the cooking for you. Our meals are fully cooked to kill bacteria, then flash-frozen to lock in nutrients. Just thaw, pour into the bowl, and watch them devour it.
We recommend serving it chilled or at room temperature. If you want to warm it up, you can add a splash of warm water. Please do not microwave or serve it hot—high heat can destroy the natural vitamins and nutrients we worked so hard to preserve!
