The number 19 isn't random. It was the jersey number worn by my father-in-law, Gentri—a Hall of Fame Quarterback and lifelong dog lover.

He believed in fueling up with real, hearty food. Legend has it his favorite meal was a mix of Chicken Gizzards, Lamb, and Rice. So, we recreated it for the dogs he loved so much.

How do I store the food?

Since our food is fresh and preservative-free, it must be kept frozen until you are ready to use it.

  • Freezer: Keeps fresh for up to 6 months.
  • Fridge: Once thawed, it stays fresh for 4-5 days.

Pro Tip: Move one bag from the freezer to the fridge 24 hours before you need it so it thaws perfectly!

Do I need to cook it?

Nope! We’ve already done the cooking for you. Our meals are fully cooked to kill bacteria, then flash-frozen to lock in nutrients. Just thaw, pour into the bowl, and watch them devour it.

Can I microwave it?

We recommend serving it chilled or at room temperature. If you want to warm it up, you can add a splash of warm water.
Please do not microwave or serve it hot—high heat can destroy the natural vitamins and nutrients we worked so hard to preserve!

How do I switch my dog to fresh food?

Slow and steady wins the race! Sudden changes can upset a dog's tummy.

  • Days 1-3: Mix 25% Family Pet Table with 75% old food.
  • Days 4-6: Mix 50% / 50%.
  • Days 7-9: Mix 75% / 25%.
