Pro Tip: Move one bag from the freezer to the fridge 24 hours before you need it so it thaws perfectly!

Do I need to cook it?

Nope! We’ve already done the cooking for you. Our meals are fully cooked to kill bacteria, then flash-frozen to lock in nutrients. Just thaw, pour into the bowl, and watch them devour it.

Can I microwave it?

We recommend serving it chilled or at room temperature. If you want to warm it up, you can add a splash of warm water.
Please do not microwave or serve it hot—high heat can destroy the natural vitamins and nutrients we worked so hard to preserve!

How do I switch my pet to fresh food
